Ghirardelli S.r.l.<\/strong>, have for over 4 decades made electrowelded structures and come up with solutions to a wide range of problems.<\/p>\n

Careful operational planning, highly experienced continually updated staff and a fleet of high-tech machinery all contribute to product development, enabling the company to attend to the customers\u2019 needs and provide a superior quality product.<\/p>\n

The engineering department designs and develops the metal structural work, mechanical parts, plant and machinery for metal working, automated production lines and so on.<\/p>\n

The company is equipped with bridge cranes and self-propelled cranes capable of handling up to 50 tons.<\/p>\n

The metal working department has all the standard equipment plus forming presses of different capacities up to 600 tons, rotary calenders handling sheets of various sizes up to 2000 mm x 40 mm thick, 2500 x 20 mm squaring shears, automatic NC oxygen-lance cutting machines for sizes up to 3000 mm x 15 m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n <\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>

The GHIRARDELLI S.r.l. welding bay boasts state-of-the-art equipment including 30-t bench and roller positioners.<\/p>\n

The company also has stress-relieving furnace accommodating structural work measuring 4x4x8m with automatic lapse rate control.<\/p>\n

Besides a stress- relieving, all the metal structures built by GHIRARDELLI S.r.l. undergo sanding and painting in automatic tunnel-type sand-blasting machines capacity 12m x 32 t, and manual sanders capacity 15 m x 30 t. <\/p>\n
